Job Title: SAP GRC-Process Control
Experience:8+ Years

Responsibilities:
- SAP GRC Process Control with minimum 1 Implementation and 1 Support project experience
- Experience in Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM) of GRC PC
- Creation of Organization Structure and hierarchy
- Creation of Regulations and their requirements
- Setting up Business process hierarchy
- Performing Assessment for controls like design, effectiveness and self-assessment
- Creating Data Source & Business Rules along with BRF+ logics and mapping them to the relevant controls
- Customization of Agent Rule Determinations, Background jobs and Workflows activation
- Experience in Sub scenarios like Config, ABAP Reports, SAP Query, SOD Integration etc..
- Experience in converting the RACM into Technical GRC PC Control Matrix
- Good understanding of the overall business flow and Business process cycles and should be able to handle the walkthrough of Controls to arrive at the technical feasibility of GRC Process Control
- Should be able to prepare the project execution plan based on the Control scoping
- Should be able to demonstration all the Controls implemented to Auditors before the audit program execution
- Good knowledge in changing the PC Master data based in the business requirement
- Should be able to support the business users in Remediation process and clear all the technical issues
- Should be able to manage the audit program by clearing all the queries raised by the internal & external audit team
- Managing the client and various stake holders for SAP Security/GRC AC, PC related projects.
- Ownership and Managing the team to accomplish the project deliverables in SAP security/GRC.
- Mentoring the team members and guiding the team in addressing the critical issues.
- Providing the Business solutions and process improvisation.
- Provide Level three support for SAP security/GRC.
- Managing Incident and service requests management in a ticketing tool.
