Project Manager
Location: Hyderabad, India
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role
We are seeking a mid-level Project Manager to join our growing delivery team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will manage technology-driven projects from initiation through delivery, working closely with global stakeholders, engineers, and business teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high quality standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has solid project delivery experience and is looking to grow into larger, more complex programs within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What Youll Do
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across technology and business initiatives
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and documentation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, product, and business stakeholders
- Track scope, risks, dependencies, and issues; drive resolution proactively
- Facilitate standups, status meetings, and stakeholder updates
- Ensure adherence to delivery standards, processes, and quality expectations
- Support client communications and reporting as needed
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices and tools
What Were Looking For
- 36 years of project management experience, preferably in technology or consulting environments
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Experience working with distributed or global teams
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar
- Bachelors degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification is a plus, but not required
