    Job Title:Performance Measurement Analyst - Reporting

    Location:Hyderabad

    Shift:EMEA Shift

    Experience:6+ years

    Role Summary: We are looking for a candidate to provide performance and reporting services to Asset Managers and Institutional clients. This includes state-of-the-art performance and risk calculations delivered online or through a wide range of reports (Accounting packs, Factsheets, Investment reviews, data feeds).

    Key Responsibilities:
    Performance Analysis:Understand and conduct thorough analysis on performance reporting for investment groups. Construct reports involving performance checks, risk figures, Total NAV returns, performance breakdowns, and attribution.
    Liaison Role:Act as a link between product and technology teams to coordinate trade delivery enhancements. Act as a liaison between clients and the development team to evaluate specifications.
    Documentation:Create and maintain support documentation for clients and internal teams (Accounting Packs, Management reporting).
    Business Analysis:Analyze current processes, identify gaps in workflows, research system defects, and recommend solutions.
    Implementation:Assist the business unit with developing business cases outlining problems, opportunities, risks, and potential benefits of new solutions. Work in conjunction with the Core team to document steps for technical evaluations.

    Requirements & Competencies:
    Education:Masters Degree from an accredited college or university. Advanced degree or CFA is a plus.
    Experience:6+ years of experience in Business Analysis, specifically onboarding to new technology platforms within Financial Services/Performance Reporting.
    Technical:Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Hands-on experience with financial tools and UAT analysis is preferred.
    Soft Skills:Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interpret business requirements into clear functional documents for development and QA teams.
