K Were Hiring: Banking Operations Executive KYC (Freshers Welcome!)

Are you a recent graduate looking to build a strong foundation in the banking sector? Join our dynamic Banking Operations Team and gain hands-on experience in KYC (Know Your Customer) and compliance processes with excellent learning and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform KYC verification for new and existing customers
• Review and validate customer documents (ID, address proof, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
• Maintain accurate records and update customer data in systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve KYC discrepancies
• Support audits and compliance checks as required
• Disbursement process

Eligibility:

• Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA, BAF, Freshers welcome)
• Basic understanding of banking or financial concepts (training will be provided)
• Average communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, data entry)

Comfortable with Day shift - 11:30 am to 8:30 pm.

Working Days - 6 days working - 1 rotational week-off

Job Location : Seepz, Andheri (East)
