Hiring: Senior Backend Developer (Python)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer (Python) who can design, build, and scale high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with FastAPI, Django, and microservices-based architectures, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

 

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using FastAPI and Django
  
  
• Build and manage microservices architectures for scalability and maintainability
  
  
• Integrate databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB using SQLAlchemy / Django ORM
  
  
• Implement asynchronous operations to optimize I/O-bound services
  
  
• Ensure high code quality through unit and integration testing
  
  
• Work with CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing and deployments
  
  
• Collaborate with DevOps, Frontend, and Product teams
  
  
• Optimize backend services for performance, scalability, and security
  
  
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and debug production issues using logging, metrics, and tracing tools
  
  

 

Technical Skills Required

 

• Strong proficiency in Python 3.x
  
  
• Hands-on experience in Python programming
  
  
• Solid experience with FastAPI and Django
  
  
• Experience in developing and managing microservices
  
  
• Strong working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
  
  
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
  
  

 

Nice to Have

 

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
   
• Experience working in high-scale production environments
  
  
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
