Job Description:
Project details:
- M356 is in place.
- The resource should automate this M365 using tools like Playwright and Typescript.
- He should be into D365 Automation.
- Must have experience using any test management tool.
- Must have experience using CI/CD pipelines preferably using Azure.
Key Responsibilities:
Automation Framework Development:
- Design and implement automated test scripts for D365 CRM using Playwright and TypeScript.
- Implement reusable patterns and best practices for scalable automation.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform coverage for web applications.
Test Management Governance:
- Define and maintain Qase.io project structure, test case organization, and governance standards.
- Establish traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects.
- Monitor test execution and ensure compliance with QA processes.
CI/CD Integration:
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and quality gates.
- Optimize test execution for speed and reliability in continuous delivery environments.
KPI Reporting:
- Define and track quality KPIs such as test coverage, defect leakage, automation ROI, and execution trends.
- Build dashboards and reporting models for stakeholders using Qase.io and other analytics tools.
- Provide actionable insights to improve product quality and release confidence.
Collaboration Communication:
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and QA teams to align on quality objectives.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor junior team members.
Required Skills Experience:
- Strong proficiency in Playwright and TypeScript for automation.
- Hands-on experience with Qase.io or similar test management tools.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests.
- Familiarity with KPI-driven QA processes and reporting models.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and automation of API tests.
- Adept with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with challenging projects
- Be self sufficient

- 7-13 years
