Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Team Management:
Lead and mentor L1 operators and Shift Leads; manage staffing and scheduling.
Operational Governance:
Define and enforce SOPs; ensure compliance across shifts.
Incident & Major Event Leadership:
Oversee critical incidents and major events; act as primary escalation point.
Performance Reporting:
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and improvement plans.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify process gaps and implement automation or efficiency initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Communicate with senior management on outages, KPIs, and strategic initiatives.
Tool & Technology Oversight:
Ensure optimal use of monitoring and ITSM tools; drive tool enhancements.
Training & Development:
Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing skill development.
