Python & Power Platform Developer - AI Solutions (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance Automation & Agentic AI)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled developer to design and build AI-driven automation solutions for Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) processes. The ideal candidate will have strong Python skills, experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and exposure to AI/ML integration. The role involves delivering end-to-end solutions, including data extraction, business rules, validation, reporting, and agentic AI (autonomous agent/chatbot) components.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI-powered automation solutions for BFSI processes using Python and Power Platform.
• Develop workflows, connectors, and reusable components for process automation.
• Build and integrate agentic AI/chatbot solutions for BFSI use cases.
• Implement business logic, validation routines, and reporting modules using Power BI and other visualization tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution scalability and compliance.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Python (coding, debugging, integration).
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and workflow automation.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Ability to design and build AI/ML-driven automation solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and solutioning mindset.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in BFSI domain (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) back-office processes.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Exposure to reporting/dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau, Streamlit, etc.).
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in BFSI.

Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
