Quality Assurance Engineer (Salesforce) Healthcare & Life Sciences

Core Responsibilities

• Plan and execute testing across Salesforce Core, HLS Cloud, and Data Cloud; maintain traceability (RTM) from requirements to tests/evidence.
• Build/execute regression suites; contribute to automation using Copado Robotic Testing (preferred) or Selenium/Appium; integrate smoke/regression in CI/CD.
• Validate Data Cloud use cases (data streams, identity resolution, segments, activations) supporting patient outreach and adherence programs.
• Prompt Engineering & Agent Testing: define intents, system instructions, grounding context, and evaluation rubrics for support/QA agents (e.g., Agentforce); construct positive/negative test prompts, red-team scenarios, guardrail checks, and track metrics (accuracy, safety, latency, consistency).
• Own defect triage and closure with clear repro steps, logs, and impact; contribute to dashboards/quality KPIs.
• Produce audit-ready evidence (traceability, execution results, summaries) and support internal/external audits.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years in software QA, including 2+ years testing Salesforce solutions in the CRM domain.
• Hands-on validation of Flows, Apex, LWC, OmniScripts, declarative configuration; familiarity with Service Cloud contact-center workflows.
• Proficiency with test/defect tools (e.g., Jira/Xray, TestRail, Azure DevOps) and CI/CD-aware QA practices.
• Working knowledge of prompt engineering for agent use-cases and experience designing/evaluating tests for Salesforce-aligned agents.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Data Cloud (data streams, identity resolution, segments, activations).
• Copado Robotic Testing; collaboration with DevOps on pipeline-integrated automated tests.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, Platform App Builder) and/or HLS Cloud/Data Cloud credentials.
• Telephony integrations, agent-console testing; exposure to performance, accessibility, and security testing.
