About The Role Your Role As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in guiding Agile teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure Agile principles are upheld and delivery goals are met efficiently. In this role, you will Coach teams on Agile mindset, continuous improvement, and effective collaboration. Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies. Work autonomously to enhance team transparency, communication, and delivery practices. Share Agile knowledge and best practices with peers and stakeholders. Collaborate with fellow Scrum Masters in SAFe routine meetings to align and improve Agile practices across domains. Your Profile Strong background in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices. Technical background preferred to better understand and support engineering teams. Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Experience working in SAFe environments is a plus.
