About the role
- NHA is seeking a motivated and skilled Testing Lead. The role requires complete understanding of testing lifecycle including planning, test data preparation, test script execution. coordinating testing, validating systems, designing test environments, leading test executions, and recommending testing strategies.
- Collaborate with NHA leadership, ensure compliance with regulations, and stay updated on industry best practices.
Qualifications
- B.E/B.TECH OR MCA from a reputed college/University.
Technical Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 10 Years of overall IT experience with software testing & development / other relevant
- areas post qualification completion.
- Hands on experience on SQL on RDMS, Mobile and Web Application testing including API testing using
- Postman, Knowledge of testing tools like selenium
- Proven Test lead experience with ability to manage junior testers
- Ability to articulate, demonstrated leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with different stakeholders seamlessly
- Excellent cross group collaboration skills and demonstrated ability to lead virtual teams to deliver on
- product milestones.
- Ability to lead and guide team on day to day technical/functional issues
- Proven ability to drive testing of a large-scale projects with high collaboration and leadership.
- Proficiency with tools like JIRA for bugs tracking and closure
Key Mandate
To lead, co-ordinate and supervise the testing environment to deliver a quality product. Act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. Conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution. Mentor and guide test engineers for desirable outcome. Set up optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. Test the APIs using postman or other tools. Create the software test plan, document test case scripts and test execution with evidences. Escalate issues for timely resolution, identify blockers and communicate to required stakeholders Track the new/ updated requirements in the project and modify testing artifacts accordingly. Provide test signoffs. Identify problematic areas, document, and communicate timely. Keep up to date with the latest testing techniques, strategies, testing tools/ test frameworks andindustry best practices and apprise them to NHA leadership. Liaison with NHA to provide inputs/documentation support for compiling the detailed projectreports that include outcomes, fine-tuned implementation plans, operational frameworks,practical timelines. Assuring all testing activities of NHA are performed within the framework of applicable laws,rules, and regulations of the Government of India. Other roles and responsibilities as per requirements raised by NHA
