Project Leader - HEOR @ Axtria

We are looking for a skilled Project Leader with 5 to 9 years of experience to lead our team in delivering high-quality results in the KPO/Research/Analytics industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects and leading teams, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines.
• Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
• Conduct regular project meetings and progress updates with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project leadership or a related field.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience working in the KPO/Research/Analytics industry is preferred.
