Opportunity
We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer with more than 5 years of experience in QA Automation, to develop and maintain automated testing frameworks using TypeScript, Playwright, Cucumber, and BrowserStack. Must be proficient in GitHub Actions for CI/CD integration to ensure software quality.
What you will do
Test Automation Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test scripts using Playwright and TypeScript/JavaScript to validate web application functionality.Implement BDD frameworks using Cucumber to create clear, business-readable test scenarios that align with stakeholder requirements.Ensure test scripts are modular, reusable, and maintainable to support long-term testing needs.Cross-Browser and Cross-Platform Testing: Utilize BrowserStack to execute automated tests across multiple browsers, devices, and operating systems to ensure compatibility and performance. Identify and troubleshoot issues related to browser-specific behaviors and device configurations.CI/CD Integration: Configure and manage automated testing workflows using GitHub Actions to integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and deployment. Monitor test execution results, analyze failures, and provide detailed reports to development teams.Test Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with developers, product managers, and manual QA teams to define test requirements and create comprehensive test plans. Identify opportunities for test automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts.Qualifications
Minimum - 5 years of experience in Automation testing.
Hands on experience on Playwright with TypeScript
Proficient in Cucumber, BrowserStack, and GitHub Actions.
Strong knowledge of Git and CI/CD workflows.
