Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Inspiring each and every team member to perform and produce their best in quality.
- Organizing training sessions to improve the performance of C.B.A.
- Ensure timely auditing.
- Prepare quality reports weekly and monthly.
- Help the manager in managing the team and attrition.
- Good inter - personal skills.
- Ability to deliver on targets
Required Candidate Profile
- Should have good claim's process knowledge.
- Sound knowledge of MS excel.
- Good judgmental skills
- HRA and EFLEX domain knowledge will be added advantage for the candidate.
- Proven track record.
Eligibility: -
- Graduate in any stream
- Should have at least 5 years of experience in US Health care industry ( Claims Adjudication) and a working knowledge in claim processing. This is a back end process. No Voice profiles.
- Good communication and verbal skills
- Should have good quality and attendance record.
- Should be a Team Lead/SME on paper. Acting Team Leads can also apply.
- Flexible to work with any shift timings.
- Exposure on Attrition & shrinkage.
- Possess Strong Leadership skills & Problem-solving skills
- Good Analytical Skills & People Management Skills
Miscellaneous: -
- Must have a personal laptop / PC with Windows 10 Operating system and MS Office 2016 or later versions. Our IT team will check your system remotely for the same.
- Must have a good internet connection at home to work from home due to the current COVID 19 situation. Office working after the situation improves.
- Must have a Skype ID. All interactions will be on Skype only.
- Residents of Noida / Ghaziabad / East Delhi preferred.
