General description of role:
We are looking for high potential engineering graduates from premium institutions who are curious, analytical, and eager to build real-world systems at the intersections of AI, software engineering, automation and cloud platforms.
The internship is designed as mentorship driven program, where interns will gain exposure to end-to-end life cycle - from problem understanding and design to development, deployment and quality assurance.
Based on aptitude and interest, interns will be trained and aligned towards one or more specialization tracks
- AI Engineering
- Full stack engineering
- ML Ops/DevOps/ Platform Engineering
- AI and Automation Quality Engineering
What you will learn and work on
1. Core Engineering Foundation (Common for all interns)
a. Write clean, maintainable and production-quality code
b. Understanding software design principles and modular architecture
c. Exposure to agile development, code review and engineering best practice
2. AI and Data Exposure
a. Working with structured and unstructured data
b. Prompt engineering and interacting with LLM based systems
c. Understanding model evaluation, bias and reliability
3. Full Stack & Application Engineering
a. Developing frontend component, building backend services
b. Integrate frontend, backend and AI services
c. Understanding performance, scalability and security basics
4. DevOps and MLOps Exposure
a. CI/CD principals, pipelines and automation workflow
b. Containerization and deployment fundamentals
c. Monitoring, logging and deployment lifecycle management (basics)
5. Quality Engineering & automation
a. Writing automation test cases for API, UI and workflows
b. Validating AI outputs for accuracy, consistency and edge cases
c. Understanding test data management, quality metrics and AI specific testing (regressions, drifts etc.)
Qualifications required:
- Graduates from premium engineering institutions
- Strong programming foundations in programming and problem solving
- Ability to think logically and break down complex problems, clarity of thoughts.
- Good communication and collaboration
Preferred Skills
- Programming knowledge in Python, Java, JavaScript and similar language
- Basic knowledge of data structure, algorithms
- Familiarity with databases
- Exposure to GIT or any version control system
- Any courseware projects on AI/ML, Cloud Platform, Web development etc.
