Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Targets: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve LAP sales targets and increase market share within a specific geographic area.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives and/or manage channel partners (like DSAs - Direct Selling Agents) to ensure targets are met.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key clients and partners, and manage distributor networks.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies.
• Process & Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and smooth loan processing in collaboration with other departments like credit, legal, and operations.
