Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing application features, and ensuring that the solutions align with organizational goals. You will also participate in testing and troubleshooting to enhance application performance and user experience, contributing to a dynamic and innovative work environment.

Expected to build knowledge and support the team.

Participate in Problem Solving discussions.

Assist in the development and implementation of application features based on user requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications.

Engage in testing and debugging processes to enhance application functionality. Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.

Good To Have Skills:Familiarity with application development methodologies.

Understanding of IT service management processes and best practices.

Experience with scripting languages relevant to application development.

Knowledge of database management and data integration techniques.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
