Job Description

Role & responsibilities


Must be able to identify quality & purity of Gold in any formby manual process.

  • Calculation of Gold valuation pledged by customer.
  • Should be able to maintain accounting process, records and

handling cash in the branch for Gold Loan transactions.

  • Provide excellent customer service and to promote customer

centricity in the organization by improving customer serviceexperience and engaging with customers.

  • Have understanding of IIFL Gold loan business and schemes.
  • Keeping the existing customers updated with their existing

account details.

  • Ensure daily door to door & shop to shop marketing.
  • Focus on marketing activities to ensure that IIFL brand is

known in the targeted catchment area of atleast 5 squarekilometres radius for enhancing walk-ins resulting inbusiness.

  • Proactively participate in business development and

recovery of overdue loans

  • To take upon themselves additional responsibilities / duties

of other staff members if and when office exigencies require

  • Should be able to maintain accounting process, records and

handling cash in the branch for Gold Loan transactions

  • Adherence to the administrative processes, norms, policies

& discipline of the organization is a must

  • Should be able to solve the queries of the customers as well

as handling the customers in a cooperative & efficient way.Job Specification


Preferred candidate profile

  • Atleast 1-year experience of gold valuation or customer

service in BFSI sector

  • Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Strong communication skill
  • Organized, self-motivated, dynamic and goal oriented
