Job Description

Must have skill:

-Should have built team from scratch

-MDM (Master data management ) Experience is must.

-Digital Transformation experience.

Experience and Skills

- Strong delivery management skills

- High degree of communication agility - can act as a key liaison, meeting facilitator, motivates and builds cohesion

- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple initiatives e.g. across workstreams

- Ability to manage and develop Business and Data Analysts

- Highly analytical and critical thinker effective problem solver

- Experience of working with teams concurrently across different geographical regions

- Able to anticipate risk realisation, issues and other challenges and manage appropriately

- Able to balance quality, resources, competing needs and issue management.

Eligibility Requirements

- Min. 5 years relevant practical experience in project and/or delivery management in a Data or Digital environment
