Job Description: QA Automation Engineer

Experience: 7 to 12 years

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Selenium and Java
• Analyze complex technical requirements, review architecture documents, and determine appropriate automation strategies
• Implement best engineering practices for test automation based on technical design
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
• Automate API tests using relevant frameworks and tools
• Manage containerized test environments, including ephemeral environments
• Conduct NFR (Non-Functional Requirements) testing and performance validation
• Explore and apply AI/ML and Gen AI tools to enhance testing productivity
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams for smooth deployments
• Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, frameworks, and processes

Technical Requirements

• Proven experience in test automation using Selenium and Java
• Expertise in GitHub Actions for CI/CD processes
• Strong knowledge of AWS and Docker for testing and deployment
• Ability to automate API tests using frameworks like RestAssured
• Experience with containerization and managing test environments
• Familiarity with NFR testing methodologies
• Exposure to AI tools and their application in testing
• Working knowledge of AI/ML and Gen AI applications for productivity improvement
• Certification in AWS or related technologies (preferred)
• Knowledge of Swift Messages and Payment Technology (preferred)

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies
