Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Middle Office professional to support trade processing, asset servicing, and corporate action management across various asset classes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of trade support, manual trade booking, reference data maintenance, and exception resolution.
- Provide trade support and processing for various asset classes, ensuring accurate and timely execution of trades.
- Perform manual booking of trades, updating associated reference data and attributes as required.
- Resolve exceptions and discrepancies related to trade processing and asset servicing.
- Manage corporate actions, including processing, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Maintain and update general reference data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and implement best practices.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Experience with automation tools or scripting to enhance operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using relevant tools and technologies.
