Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assist in implementing and maintaining quality management systems (QMS).
Ensure compliance with NABH standards.
Support preparation for internal and external quality audits.

Conduct regular clinical, infection control, and administrative audits.
Monitor compliance with SOPs, clinical protocols, and safety guidelines.
Prepare audit reports and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Maintain quality-related documents, policies, SOPs, and manuals.
Monitor patient safety indicators (infection rates, adverse events, near misses).
Participate in continuous quality improvement (CQI) projects.
Support quality-related training for staff (hand hygiene, patient safety, SOPs).
Prepare monthly/quarterly quality reports for management review.

Qualifications & Skill

Bachelors degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Nursing, Optometry, Life Sciences, or related field.
Should have 2-3 years of experience in hospital quality.
Certification in Quality Management / NABH (preferred)

Experience in eye hospitals or specialty hospitals is an advantage.
