Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Product Specialist with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Mendix and a background in Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to product development and improvement ensuring alignment with company goals and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance products using Mendix ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Provide technical expertise in Mendix to support the development and maintenance of high-quality products.
- Assist in the design and implementation of product strategies that align with company goals and industry standards.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure product reliability and performance.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on product development progress.
- Support the product lifecycle from concept to launch ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
- Utilize domain knowledge in Life and Annuities Insurance to enhance product offerings and address industry-specific challenges.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for product features specifications and updates.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on the latest Mendix developments and industry trends.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the product development process.
Qualifications
- Possess strong technical skills in Mendix with a proven track record of successful product development.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of Life and Annuities Insurance with the ability to apply this knowledge to product development.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Show a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Display strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Have a keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering high-quality products.
- Be adaptable and open to learning new technologies and methodologies as needed.
