We are hiring for the ITES Company for the Team Lead - Record to Report (R2R) Role.

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead - Record to Report (R2R) to manage end-to-end accounting operations, month-end close, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, advanced Excel skills, Oracle exposure, and the ability to work independently while meeting strict SLAs.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Record to Report.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Team Leader - Record to Report.
- Knowledge of Oracle (Finance modules)
- Manage and supervise activities such as journal postings, GL/SL & Balance sheet reconciliations, Fixed Assets, and reporting.
- Graduates in B. Com (Mandatory) / M.com /CA-Inter / CMA Inter.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Allocate daily work and supervise the R2R team activities.
- Manage and review Journal Entries, GL/SL, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.
- Handle Helpdesk activities and resolve accounting queries by coordinating with customers and stakeholders.
- Perform general accounting activities ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial records.
- Drive Month-End Close (MEC) activities and prepare monthly reports.
- Prepare variance analysis with detailed explanations and commentary.
- Implement accounting controls and Segregation of Duties (SODs).
- Conduct regular activity reviews and ensure SLA adherence.
- Prepare, update, and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Governance Decks and management reporting.
- Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.
