Position Overview
Sparity Soft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a driven Inside Sales Executive to support global business development across US, UK, and APAC markets. The role focuses on prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline building within an IT services environment, working closely with Business Development, Delivery, and Recruitment teams to convert prospects into qualified opportunities


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Research target accounts and identify relevant decision-makers.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to assess client needs and sales fit.
  • Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for senior sales / BD teams.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to progress prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Present Sparitys IT services value proposition clearly and confidently.
  • Track all sales activities and lead status in CRM tools.
  • Share regular updates on pipeline progress, conversions, and market insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 03 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or IT services sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Confidence in cold calling and engaging international clients
  • Ability to qualify leads, understand client pain points, and handle objections
  • Strong follow-up skills with a target-driven, KPI-oriented mindset
  • Basic understanding of US, UK, and APAC markets
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, MS Office, and LinkedIn
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to collaborate with internal sales and delivery teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in IT staffing, IT services, or consulting sales
  • Exposure to international B2B sales processes
  • Understanding of cultural nuances while selling to global clients
