We are hiring for International voice process.

Qualification: Under-grad/Graduate/Postgraduate

CTC: up to 4.5LPA

Experience: mandatory) 1-5yrs (1yr exp in International voice process Mandatory)

Notice period : Immediate

Work location: Gachibowli

Working days: 5

Cab facility: Pick & drop provided radius 25 km

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle Inbound Calls from customers to resolve queries / issues, provide information about client's products and services.
Basic troubleshoot network problems
Engaging in active listening with customer, confirming, or clarifying information and diffusing angry customers, as needed.
Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally with Empathy & Customer Service Attitude.
