Job Summary

Customer-focused Attitude
Willingness to work night shifts and rotation shifts
Ability to accurately follow predefined business process
Adaptable to changing demands and conditions
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and strong communication skills
Ensure 100%adherence to schedules

Skills Required:

Looking for non-technical graduates such as BCOM, BBA, BBM, BA. etc. (passed out in 2023,2024 and 2025 with proper documentation)
Must have good typing skills
Must have basic skills in using MS Word and MS Excel.
Must have basic knowledge of banking.
Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Should have a desire to work in a back-office operations environment
Willingness to work in flexible shifts and work from office.

Work Location: Siruseri, Chennai

Cab Facility: Available within boundary range

Shift Timings: US Shift

Work Mode: Work from Office

Interview Type: Face-to-Face
