Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Divisional Manager will handle 1 BM unit + 1 Direct Unit of 8 RDMs.
• Able to Recruit, Coach and enhance productivity of Team
• Result oriented and drive top line of the unit as per budget
• Distribution Development recruitment, activation and nurturing of LA/Advisors
• Implement business hygiene & rigorously focus on skill building of team
• Collaborate with other support functions to ensure seamless business operations
• Believe in customer centricity and act as an ambassador of KLI

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate with min 10 years of experience in Agency Sales (5+ years in life Insurance Management)
• MBA or certification from III would be preferred
• Good in Men Management and able to drive team towards organization goal
• Learning agile
• Good in collaborating with other functions
• Able to maintain Sales Discipline
• Should have drive for result
• Good in domain knowledge and market understanding
