Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Consultant with strong exposure to Retail, Fashion, CPG, or CRL industries. The ideal candidate will bring expertise across SAP Fashion Order to Cash (OTC), Retail(DTC), SD, MM, FICO, or MDG modules, with proven success in S/4HANA end-to-end implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirement gathering workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design for Retail/Fashion/CPG/CRL clients.
Deliver 2+ end-to-end S/4HANA implementation or rollout projects (Greenfield, Brownfield).
Manage data migration and execution (BODS, LSMW, SAP Migration Cockpit).
Provide strong business process consulting across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Master Data.
Collaborate with senior business stakeholders for process optimization and transformation delivery.
Conduct UAT, cutover planning, and end-user training.

Desired Skills & Experience

3 to 15 years of SAP consulting experience with Fashion Order to Cash (OTC), Retail(DTC), SD / MM / FICO / MDG modules.
Minimum 1 to 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations in Retail, Fashion, CPG, or CRL.
Strong knowledge of business processes in consumer/retail supply chain.
Hands-on with Data Migration tools: BODS, LSMW, SAP Migration Cockpit.
Proven ability in requirement gathering, fit-gap, AS-IS/TO-BE, workshops.
Excellent client-facing communication & consulting skills.
