Job Description:

Automation Test Engineer with 5+ years of experience in software testing, specializing in Selenium automation using Java. Strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks for web-based applications. Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, and Maven/Gradle. Proficient in Java programming concepts including OOPs, collections, exception handling, and multithreading. Experience in test automation framework design such as Hybrid, Data-Driven, and Page Object Model (POM). Strong knowledge of manual testing concepts, SDLC, STLC, test planning, test case design, execution, and defect tracking.

Experience working with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and version control systems such as Git. Exposure to BDD frameworks like Cucumber is an added advantage. Hands-on experience in API testing using tools like Postman or Rest Assured is preferred. Good understanding of SQL queries and database testing. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with active participation in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Ability to analyze requirements, identify test scenarios, automate regression test suites, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
