Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and passionate AI Trainer to deliver high-quality training in Generative AI, Machine Learning (ML), and Deep Learning (DL). This part-time role is ideal for AI professionals, researchers, or practitioners who enjoy teaching, mentoring, and shaping future AI talent while continuing their professional careers.
The trainer will conduct live sessions, workshops, and hands-on labs, helping learners gain practical, job-ready AI skills aligned with real industry use cases.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Instruction
- Deliver live online/offline training sessions on:
- Generative AI (LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents)
- Machine Learning (Supervised, Unsupervised, Model Evaluation)
- Deep Learning (Neural Networks, CNNs, RNNs, Transformers)
- Explain complex AI concepts in a simple, structured, and practical manner
- Conduct hands-on coding sessions, demos, and case studies
Curriculum & Content Support
- Follow and enhance the existing AI curriculum
- Update examples and labs based on latest AI trends and tools
- Support creation of assignments, projects, and assessments
Mentorship & Learner Support
- Guide students through real-world projects and capstone work
- Answer technical questions and provide constructive feedback
- Mentor learners on career paths, portfolios, and AI roles
Evaluation & Quality
- Review assignments, quizzes, and project submissions
- Track learner progress and suggest improvements
- Maintain high training quality and learner engagement
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Python for AI/ML
- Machine Learning algorithms
- Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow / PyTorch)
- Generative AI tools (OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, etc.)
- Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG
- Experience working with real datasets and AI use cases
Teaching & Communication
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners and professionals
- Confident public speaking and presentation skills
- Passion for teaching and mentoring
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in AI / ML / Data Science (industry or research)
- Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience is a strong plus
