Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and target-driven sales professionals to join our International Voice Process. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and are comfortable working night shifts, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your career with global exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound/inbound calls to international customers
  
• Promote and sell products/services to global clients
  
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
  
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities
  
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships
  

Eligibility Criteria

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in international voice/sales process
  
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & listening)
  
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
  
• Willingness to work in night/graveyard shifts
  
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
  
• Basic computer knowledge
