Location: Hyderabad

CTC: Up to 8 Lacs (Fixed)

Desired Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail Branch Banking Operations (Banking sector only)
• Minimum 1 years as BOM
• Immediate joiners preferred

Job Description

As a Branch Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning, compliance, and superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily branch operations
• Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
• Handle branch staff hiring, training, and performance management
• Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures
• Track branch performance and support achievement of financial goals
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies
• Handle customer issues and escalations
• Maintain security and risk control measures
• Coordinate with internal teams and other branches
• Support business growth and customer retention initiatives
