Job Description

We are Hiring for "Customer Support Associates" for an International Airline Travel Process. This opportunity is open to freshers with IATA certification and experienced candidates with airline refunds experience. The role involves handling customer queries related to airline refunds and travel operations through email and chat support.

This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in the aviation, airline BPO, and travel support industry.


Key Responsibilities | Airline Travel Support

  • Handle airline customer support queries related to refunds, baggage issues, lost luggage, and flight disruptions
  • Process airline refunds using Amadeus GDS
  • Manage re-issues, re-bookings, schedule changes, and cancellations
  • Provide email and chat support to international airline customers
  • Maintain email etiquette, quality scores, and SLA compliance
  • Ensure first-time resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate case documentation and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with internal airline operations teams to close tickets

Eligibility Criteria

  • Freshers with IATA Certification (Aviation / Travel & Tourism)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in airline refunds / travel process / ticketing for experienced candidates
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Required Skills

  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Strong email writing and customer handling skills
  • Experience in airline refunds, ticketing, Amadeus, GDS
  • Knowledge of international airline processes
  • Ability to work in BPO / KPO / Travel Process environment
  • Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills

Shift & Work Details

  • Job Type: Contract for 6 months ( Renewable)
  • Work Mode: Work from Office
  • Job Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
  • Shift Timings:
    • Morning Shift: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
    • Night Shift: 4:30 PM 1:30 AM
  • Working Days: 5 days working | Saturday & Sunday fixed off
