Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters in Design, HCI, Cognitive Science, or related field.
5+ years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing complex, data-informed design work.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, and prototyping tools.
Experience with AI/ML design tools and designing for intelligent systems.
Strong storytelling, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with Agile, Lean UX, and design systems.
Experience designing for enterprise SaaS, fintech, or healthcare platforms.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG), inclusive design, and localization.
Exposure to service design, journey mapping, and systems thinking.
Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) to communicate with developers.
Experience with design systems and component libraries.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Exposure to analytics tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, or Mixpanel.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user behavior and needs.
Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative UX solutions.
Create user flows, journey maps, and interaction models to communicate design ideas effectively.
Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and accessible across devices and platforms.
Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and performance metrics.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.
