Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts including corporates, travel management companies (TMCs), travel agencies, and B2B distributors.
  • Understand clients' business models, travel behaviors, and seasonal needs to proactively offer relevant and competitive holiday packages.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular engagement, service excellence, and timely resolution of queries or issues.
  • Develop and execute account-specific sales plans to meet and exceed assigned revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and generate leads for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Identify new segments, corporate clusters, and strategic B2B partnerships to expand the holiday packages vertical.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize offerings and pricing strategies.

Preferred candidate profile


  • Bachelors degree in Business, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 4-8 years of proven experience in B2B travel sales, especially in managing key accounts or corporate travel.
  • Strong network of B2B travel partners, corporate clients, or institutional contacts.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing high-value relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
