Cultivate and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
Conduct prospecting activities to generate leads within the BFSI, Data Analytics, CPG, and Digital Transformation sectors.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns that drive lead generation.
Provide insights into customer feedback and market dynamics to inform marketing strategies.
Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management
Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipeline, and analyze sales data.
Continuously assess and optimize the sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement best practices and innovative sales techniques to enhance team productivity.
Requirements:
Should have experience of inside sales in IT and solutions company like Nihilent in similar tech and domains
Proven work experience as an Inside sales manager
Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field.
