Job Description

Job Title: Inside Sales Manager

Experience: 11 to 15 years


Location: Pune (WFO - 5 Days)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct prospecting activities to generate leads within the BFSI, Data Analytics, CPG, and Digital Transformation sectors.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns that drive lead generation.
  • Provide insights into customer feedback and market dynamics to inform marketing strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipeline, and analyze sales data.
  • Continuously assess and optimize the sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices and innovative sales techniques to enhance team productivity.

Requirements:

  • Should have experience of inside sales in IT and solutions company like Nihilent in similar tech and domains
  • Proven work experience as an Inside sales manager
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
  • In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field.
