We are looking for a highly experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Java, Selenium UI automation, and test automation framework development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing scalable automation frameworks, integrating them with CI/CD pipelines, and working closely with development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery. Strong SQL/database testing experience is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable UI automation frameworks using Java and Selenium
- Build and enhance custom automation frameworks (Hybrid / POM / Data-driven / Keyword-driven)
- Develop automated test scripts for web applications and ensure high test coverage
- Perform framework optimization, code reviews, and refactoring
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Execute automated test suites and analyze results for defects and failures
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and manual QA teams
- Perform database testing and data validation using SQL queries
- Participate in test strategy, estimation, and automation roadmap planning
- Mentor junior automation engineers and provide technical guidance
- Ensure best practices in coding standards, version control, and test design
Mandatory Technical Skills
Automation & Programming
- Strong expertise in Java (8 or above)
- Extensive experience with Selenium WebDriver
- Strong knowledge of TestNG / JUnit
- Hands-on experience in framework development from scratch
- Experience with Page Object Model (POM) and hybrid frameworks
Build & DevOps
- Experience with Maven / Gradle
- CI/CD integration using Jenkins / Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions
- Version control using Git
Database
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and backend testing
- Experience working with relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
Skills :-
Expertise in Selenium: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid, and other Selenium tools.
Programming Proficiency: Very strong in SQL, Strong proficiency in at least one programming language relevant to test automation (e.g., Java).
