Job Description

Own revenue delivery for set of 3 and 4 star hotels in the UK.
Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to make data-driven decisions.
Monitor and forecast revenue performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance departments to align revenue goals.
Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings to leadership.
Manage inventory and availability to optimize sales across various channels.
Evaluate and adjust promotional activities to ensure maximum profitability.
Conduct regular audits of revenue systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Optimize channel mix with focus on brand website contribution.
Collaborate with Hotel GMs to improve guest experience and direct business of corporates, groups, tours and MICE.
Train and mentor junior revenue managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills and hands on experience with MS Excel.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with quick turnaround time.
Strong understanding of pricing strategies and revenue management principles.
Detail oriented and high level of accuracy in presentations and reports.

Location - Gurgaon

Shirt Timing will be UK (2 PM IST to 11 PM IST)
