Job Description

We are hiring for Transformation Lead Hospitality.

What youll do.
Conduct pre-signing audits to check feasibility and plan property transformations.
Estimate cost, timelines and service requirements for new launches.
Align property owners on scope of work and ensure smooth execution.
Source, negotiate and manage vendors for civil and material work.
Track TAT and ensure all teams are ready for on-time go-live.
Maintain quality and safety standards across all properties.
Make quick, data-based decisions to control cost and improve output.
Work closely with business, operations and vendors to solve issues and streamline launches.What you bring.
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Strong knowledge of civil specs used in hospitality.
Ability to prepare BOQs and define clear scopes of work.
Great stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
37 years of experience is mandatoty; hospitality exposure is a plus.
