Senior Test Automation Engineer - Playwright @ Infogrowth

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes & estimate user stories
  
• Design test cases and automation strategies
  
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Java & Playwright
  
• Implement BDD using Gherkin & Cucumber
  
• Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Maven)
  
• Perform code reviews and write reusable automation libraries
  
• Track defects and collaborate using JIRA & Confluence
  

Required Skills

• 6+ years in Test Automation
  
• Strong coding background in Java
  
• Hands-on experience with Playwright, Cucumber, Gherkin
  
• Good understanding of CI/CD, Git, Maven, Jenkins
  
• Strong code-reading and test design skills
  
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  
• English proficiency (German is a plus)Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should have 6+ yrs in test automation with strong Java skills, Playwright, Cucumber, and CI/CD exposure. Should be proactive, adaptable, and experienced in Agile environments with strong code reading and test design skills.
