Hiring: ERP Project Manager Microsoft Dynamics
Location: Chennai
Work Mode: Onsite Full-Time
Experience Required: 8 - 12 years of experience in IT Project Delivery
Must have led 23 full lifecycle Microsoft ERP implementations, including:
Microsoft Dynamics AX (Axapta)
Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead end-to-end Microsoft ERP implementations and enhancements for US-based customers. This role demands strong delivery ownership, customer-facing communication, and seamless coordination across functional and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Planning
Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and delivery plans
Own end-to-end project execution and delivery governance
Customer & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, onsite coordinators, internal teams, and consultants
Lead status reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive-level updates
Manage stakeholder expectations, risks, and escalations
Team & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate ERP functional and technical consultants (internal & external)
Assign tasks, track deliverables, and ensure high-quality outputs
Governance & Reporting
Drive project governance, reporting, and compliance
Manage change requests and ensure strict scope control
Preferred Qualifications
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Prior experience working with US clients in customer-facing roles
Proven ability to manage complex ERP programs with multiple stakeholders
