Job Description
Growth I' Manager
We are seeking a results-oriented Growth Marketing Manager with strong expertise in SEM, UAC, remarketing, and conversion optimization. The role involves managing performance campaigns end-to-end, improving acquisition efficiency, and driving measurable growth across digital channels.
What Youll Do
- Plan, execute, and optimize SEM campaigns across Google Ads and relevant search platforms.
- Manage UAC to scale app installs and improve in-app conversions.
- Develop and optimize remarketing and retargeting strategies, including display remarketing,and app re-engagement campaigns.
- Lead conversion rate optimization efforts across landing pages, funnels, and user journeys.
- Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve campaign ROI.
- Track and analyze performance metrics like CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR, and CVR to derive actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, analytics, and content teams to align growth objectives and execute campaigns effectively.
- Maintain accurate tracking and attribution using GA4, MMPs, and platform analytics tools.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in performance/growth marketing for digital-first or high-
growth online brands.
- Proven hands-on expertise in SEM, UAC, remarketing, and optimizing conversion
funnels.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, Google Ads, Firebase, Apps Flyer/Singular, and performance dashboards.
- Ability to independently manage large budgets and deliver against ROI targets.
- Strong communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in fast-paced, experiment-driven environments is preferred.
