Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize Google Search Ad campaigns
  
• Build and test Responsive Search Ads (RSA)
  
• Perform keyword research and match types selection
  
• Write high-converting ad copies focused on sales & leads
  
• Monitor CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROAS
  
• Optimize campaigns to improve sales performance
  
• Assist in budget optimization and bid strategy adjustments
  
• Prepare basic performance reports and insights
  

Required Skills

• Hands-on exposure to Google Ads (Search & PPC)
  
• Understanding of conversion tracking & sales funnels
  
• Analytical mindset with attention to performance metrics
  
• Good communication skills
  
• Strong learning attitude and ownership mindset
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Completed Digital Marketing / PPC course
  
• Internship or live project experience in Google Ads
  
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) is a plus
  
• Experience running ads for lead generation or e-commerce
