Job Title: Regional Sales Officer
Department: Sales & Business Development
Reporting To: National Sales Head
Location: Gurgaon
About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and result-driven Regional Sales Officer with strong experience in the hotel industry, particularly in corporate and travel agent sales. The role focuses on driving revenue growth through strategic corporate partnerships, travel agents, and key accounts, while strengthening market presence and long-term client relationships in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage corporate clients, travel agents, and institutional partners to drive room and banquet sales.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively acquiring new business opportunities.
- Conduct sales meetings, client visits, presentations, and negotiations to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with Revenue Management and Operations teams to align sales plans with occupancy and revenue goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and promote brand loyalty through exceptional service.
Key Requirements
- 38 years of experience in the hotel industry, preferably in corporate/B2B or travel agent sales.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
