Job Title: Nodal Officer
Location: Lucknow
Language Requirement: English & Hindi
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
CTC: Up to 10 LPA
Key Responsibilities
As a Nodal Officer, you will be responsible for regulatory compliance, government liaison, and ensuring legal and operational readiness of assigned business units (BUs).
- Government Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for government authorities and law enforcement agencies (LEAs) to ensure smooth coordination and communication.
- Operational Readiness: Maintain 247 operational readiness in line with company SOPs.
- Legal & Compliance: Ensure proper legal due diligence, documentation, and adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Security Coordination: Coordinate with local police and security agencies to handle legal, safety, and security-related matters.
- Crisis Management: Support management during local or regional crises, disruptions, or sensitive incidents.
- Complaints & FIRs: Assist in filing complaints/FIRs related to fraud, forgery, or legal violations and follow up with authorities.
- Court Coordination: Represent or accompany employees for business-related court cases when required.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all assigned BUs strictly follow compliance regulations and safety protocols.
Candidate Profile / Key Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in regulatory compliance, nodal operations, legal operations, or related roles.
- Government Handling: Strong experience in liaising with government bodies and law enforcement agencies.
- Legal Knowledge: Good understanding of compliance frameworks, fraud handling, safety standards, and documentation.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi (mandatory).
- Crisis Handling: Proven ability to manage sensitive situations and resolve complex legal or operational issues.
