- Processing a large volume of ATM contracts with a team.
- Ensure that all contracts are accurate, completed in the Software system and compliant with audit standards.
- Maintain digital files for all contracts and other relevant documentation of the client.
- Play a lead role in calculating the pro-rata payment made to the merchants/ clients.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders professionally and firmly.
- Assist the team to perform regular desk-based audits/ checks on contracted services and transactional data.
- Coordinating with the merchants with their queries.
- Assisting with general administrative function to ensure daily operations.
- Provide admin support for adhoc requests/ projects within the team.
