Talend Production Support
Experience: 7+ Years
Location: Hyderabad
Mode: Work From Office
Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Talend AMS with strong expertise in Talend support, combined with hands-on experience in Snowflake, SQL, and Data Warehouse (DWH) concepts. This role involves managing Talend pipelines, ensuring smooth ETL operations, and providing ongoing support for data integration and modernization initiatives.
- ETL Cycle Monitoring
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly ETL job cycles in Talend.
- Ensure timely completion of data loads and address job failures promptly.
- Validate data movement between source systems and DWH.
- Incident & Problem Management
- Provide L1/L2 support for Talend jobs and related components.
- Troubleshoot job failures and resolve issues within SLA.
- Escalate critical issues to development teams when required.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Generate operational and performance reports for ETL processes.
- Respond to stakeholder requests for custom reports and data extracts.
- Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of requested reports.
- Snowflake & SQL Support
- Validate data in Snowflake using SQL queries.
- Perform data reconciliation and quality checks.
- Support minor enhancements and query optimizations.
- Performance & Monitoring
- Implement proactive monitoring and alerting for ETL processes.
- Ensure system health and job performance are maintained.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Good knowledge of TMC/TAC
- Hands-on experience with Talend job monitoring and support.
- Good knowledge of Data Warehouse concepts
- Familiarity with Snowflake and SQL for data validation and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of ETL workflows and data integration principles.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
