About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will:

• Lead requirement discovery sessions with clients involving large, diverse, and unstructured data sources.
  

• Translate business needs into clear, end-to-end functional workflows, including data sources, ingestion logic, validation, standardization, and QC processes.
  

• Identify implicit requirements, functional dependencies, and downstream impacts often missed in initial customer inputs.
  

• Work closely with engineering teams to understand data variability, limitations, and jurisdictional nuances.
  

• Define functional rules, validations, thresholds, and escalation logic.
  

• Assess data quality, completeness, and feasibility early in the lifecycle to prevent downstream rework.
  

• Act as the primary functional point of contact for clients throughout delivery.
  

• Proactively recommend functional improvements, automation opportunities, and scope optimizations to enhance delivery efficiency.
  What We Like to See in You
  

  • 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or delivery-facing roles.
    

  • Strong ability to understand and reason with data-heavy systems.
    

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    Preferred Qualifications
    

    • Exposure to data pipelines, workflow design, and multi-source data integration.

    • Bachelordegree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
