Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with hands-on experience to join our dynamic team.

Key Requirements:

• 7+ years of development experience in MS Dynamics 365
• Expertise in designing and developing CRM capabilities, particularly through rapid Agile prototyping with technology and business users
• Ability to work in a mixed onshore/offshore team model and maintain development quality across junior developers
• Strong collaboration skills to work closely with development teams through design and delivery
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server, SSIS, KingswaySoft
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) added advantage
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum / Kanban methodology
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-400 preferred
